    • It is privately-owned and privately-managed beach resort located within Porto Laiya. 
    • Not an amenity of Porto Laiya. The subdivision of Porto Laiya has its own amenities, like a multipurpose hall, basketball court and open spaces.
    • Home owners may use the facilities of the Tamarind Cove on a pay-per-use-basis.

2.) Site Visit and Choosing Your Location

We offer Free Site Viewing. Schedule of Site Visit should be 3 to 5 days ahead  of target date.

During Site Visit, we will assist you in inspecting the actual location of the project.  We will be guiding you in choosing the best  location for your preference and needs.  

Once you are already decided with the location, we will be assisting you for the next steps of Reservation.


3.) Payment of Reservation Fee

Upon Choosing Your unit Location  and filling out the necessary forms for Reservation you may now pay the Reservation Fee.

Payment of Reservation fee can be done thru the Developer’s Office or via Bank Deposit (Security Bank or BDO).  You may ask your Broker / Agent for the account number
