2. FILL UP THE FORMS AND PAY THE RESERVATION FEE

👉 Fill-up the Reservation Agreement Form
👉 Prepare the Reservation Fee (PHP 20,000)
👉 Payment via Cash or Dated Check

3. SUBMIT INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

👉 2  Valid Government ID’s (SSS, Passport, PRC, Driver’s License)
👉 Proof of Income
👉 Proof of Billing

4. SUBMISSION OF POST-DATED CHECKS

Upon Processing of Official Sale: 

Prepare 15 Post-Dated Checks for Downpayment and 1 PDC for the Miscellaneous Fee
